Our team was tasked with fire system upgrades to Building D at Friendly Society Private Hospital to facilitate building approval for a proposed kitchen refurbishment. A fire engineering assessment was undertaken which identified the required rectification works to ensure ongoing safety and obtain building approval.

Passive Fire Protection - Yandina

We worked with the team at Sunwest Constructions to develop a fire protection system for a new two-storey warehouse for BFX Furniture. When the client’s architect was unable to determine a solution, our team was engaged to design and install a four-hour fire protection system to the steel columns and intersecting beams within the warehouse.

Yukana Private Aged Care and Retirement Living

Passive Fire Protection - Toowoomba

We were engaged to undertake a series of rectification projects, repairs and refurbishments at Yukana Private Aged Care and Retirement Living. The original buildings at the facility had not been built to modern fire safety standards, so we were tasked to investigate and identify passive fire and smoke works required to achieve code compliance, and then complete these works across multiple stages.
