Our team have experience across all kinds of residential, commercial and industrial projects. We have completed rectification and prevention works on homes, hospitals, universities, aged care homes and retirement villages across Brisbane, Bundaberg, Gympie, Maryborough, Toowoomba and the Gold and Sunshine Coast regions.
We are fully aware of the sensitive needs and requirements of working in sensitive spaces like hospitals and aged care facilities. Our team are highly professional and can carry out any required work around staff, patients and visitors.
We are a proud member of Master Builders Queensland and the Fire Protection Association Australia.
Through our many years as passive fire specialists we have developed strong working relationships with a range of industry professionals including suppliers, manufacturers, designers, certifiers and fire engineers. This allows us to strategically determine the most effective solution for each project.
Our team
2Code Fire & Build is led by industry specialist Andrew Schiffke, a QBCC registered builder, qualified carpenter and passive fire installer and certifier. With more than 30 years’ experience in the building industry, Andrew has worked across various industrial, commercial and residential projects. Andrew takes pride in his work, setting a strong example for the rest of his team to provide the highest level of service to his clients.
All of our contractors are hand-selected by Andrew to ensure their workmanship and goals align with the 2Code Fire & Build vision. All of our tradespeople are QBCC licensed and all works are carried out in accordance with our internal policies developed in line with workplace health and safety regulations. To ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry, we regularly undergo professional development and training to discover changes and innovations in products and systems.
